OCR is now requesting a discretionary account on the OCR submission form for assessing the OCR fee. If a study’s SK is issued within 2 months of OCR study completion, it will be assessed the OCR fee. If not, the discretionary account will be assessed and the fee should be transferred to the study’s SK account when the eNOA is issued. Please let Pam Terry at 778-2973 know if you have any questions about the smart keys or OCR submission form. The latest version of the OCR Submission Form can be reviewed on our Forms page> OCR Submission.
